These Terms govern your use of ScanThanks ("the Service"), operated by ScanThanks ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms. This is a placeholder agreement for launch; have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it.
ScanThanks provides software for post-purchase customer engagement: collecting feedback, delivering merchant-funded rewards, and offering optional review invitations. We provide the software only; we do not fund, supply, or guarantee any reward.
The Service is designed to keep rewards and review invitations decoupled and to apply per-marketplace rules. These features assist your compliance but do not substitute for your own legal obligations or professional advice.
You may not use the Service to generate fake reviews, impersonate customers, manipulate ratings, or circumvent fraud controls. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
